Provide technical and administrative support to the Project Team to ensure quality and timely execution. Manage document coordination and recording, keep in contact with cross-functional teams, as well as, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Consultants. This role will act as the point-person for construction documents including meeting minutes, issues (“change”) log & subsequent draft change orders, production reports, etc. Other functions may also include: scheduling assistance, Subcontractor/Supplier buyout, management of submittal packages, etc. All field correspondences, administration, computer guidance project management software, filing, and progress reporting is the responsibility of this position. A Field Administrator must be flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. He or she should be competent in handling simultaneously occurring tasks and smaller projects, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
